If the item does not match your order
If you received the wrong item or an item with a defect, you can return or exchange it at no additional cost. Please send it back in its original packaging along with the documents that came with the package.
Returns and Exchanges of Goods of Acceptable Quality
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order (for in-store purchases, within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase) if:
- the item has not been used;
- the item retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties;
- the packaging, seals, and factory tags are undamaged;
- you have a proof of purchase (sales receipt, cash register receipt, or electronic receipt).
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, sets);
- socks and other hosiery;
- underwear;
- feather and down products;
- fabrics sold by the yard.
This is stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” dated May 12, 1991, No. 1023-XII, and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172.
Refunds
If you return a product of acceptable quality, we will refund its cost within 7 days of receiving your request. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
Please choose the size and style carefully: for hygienic reasons, bedding and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
