Payment

If you want to purchase goods in our online store, you can fill out the appropriate form after making your selection:

Select the product and click the “Buy” button;

Your order will be moved to the “Basket”, where you can then change the list of goods and their quantity;

Fill out the form with your personal details and delivery address with the branch number and proceed to payment.

You pay for your order through the LiqPay payment system. Your order is accepted by the manager and processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday are days off.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the moment your order is processed. No shipments are made on Saturday and Sunday.

Delivery

Declaration numbers are sent out the day after the order is shipped. You can track the location of your parcel using the declaration number on the Nova Poshta website https://novaposhta.ua/ or Ukrposhta. We are not responsible for the work of transport companies. Claims regarding delivery times should be made to the carrier.

To receive your goods at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, you need to present a document (passport or driver's license) and provide the declaration number.

 

Since orders are automatically sent to the payer's name, please indicate the recipient's name in advance.
