Return policy
If the delivered goods do not match the order, they can be returned at no additional cost. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and with the documents that accompanied the parcel.
Returns and exchanges of goods of good quality are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase (in the store or upon delivery) if:
- the goods have not been used;
- the appearance and consumer properties of the goods have been preserved;
- the packaging, seals, and factory labels are not damaged;
- the sales receipt or cash register receipt is available.
Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- pillows,
- bed linen,
- blankets,
- mattresses,
- quilts,
- other bedding accessories.
This is determined by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994.
In case of refusal of goods, the seller shall refund the money within 10 days from the date of application, except for the cost of delivery of the returned goods.
