Hemp bran
Hemp bran (hemp fiber) is the husk obtained after grinding the grain into flour. They retain almost 90% of the nutrients contained in the whole grain.

Hemp seed bran contains:
- 49% of fatty acids Omega 3 and 6 — support the work of the cardiovascular and hormonal systems;
- 30% vegetable protein (all 20 amino acids) is the building material of our muscles and immunity.
A natural absorbent that removes toxins from the body. Bran absorbs liquid, swells and stimulates digestion processes.

There is a lot of magnesium, phosphorus and manganese in hemp bran. They strengthen the nervous system and reduce anxiety.

Application:
- Add to salads, pastries, first courses, yogurts or smoothies. It tastes great with all dishes and adds satiety.
- We recommend using no more than 30 grams of bran per day = 3 tbsp. l.

- be sure to observe the water balance when using bran. Water helps dissolve food fibers and move through the digestive tract;
- take bran with food, not instead of meals!
